Please read this entire page carefully to ensure you get the help you need as fast as possible.
Please use the below form to submit a support ticket for technical issues with your online portal or billing issues only. If you are reaching out to us because you can not find material in the online portal, please review your introduction videos and downloaded worksheets in your course first.
Please do not submit a ticket with questions about your course material or to request coaching- please post in the Facebook group for these matters.
Support tickets are answered within 24 to 48 hours.
Our help desk is open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pst. Monday thru Friday and we follow the US National Holiday schedule. (We are not open on September 11th.)
